Sheree Hovsepian | Château La Coste
JULY 5 – SEPTEMBER 6, 2026
LE PUY-SAINTE-RÉPARADE, FRANCE
Sheree Hovsepian presents an exhibition of new work in the Pavillon Renzo Piano, unveiling three large-scale sculptural works, the most ambitious of her career to date. Working across photography, painting, drawing, assemblage, and sculpture, Hovsepian’s practice explores the instability of identity and perception through fragmentation, absence, and reconfiguration. Conceived specifically for Piano’s light-filled, subterranean pavilion, the new sculptures respond to the building’s openness and natural luminosity, activating the space through subtle tensions between mass and void, intimacy and scale. At Château La Coste, sculpture becomes an expanded spatial language, deeply attuned to light, architecture, and the surrounding landscape.
